If I pull my ass cheeks apart a bit, it relives it. Pooping just fine no problems other then the pain. I've been very conscious about what I'm eating and incorporating lots of fiber into my diet. Seems to go away when I walk around or sit up. What is the condition named? I got hot flashes n cold at the same time! I have been suffering from Proctalgia fugax for a while but was too scared to go to the doctor at risk of it being nothing!

Not for me to say: Honestly without having a look I cannot be sure. Second, when I was closer and closer to orgasm I started feeling something in my entire body. I do like these videos. and I don't. It is informative, it's positiv, but then again I feel like they are too rushed, not taking enough time to explain in detail.
